Dr. Tinsley is a Five Element Acupuncture practitioner with a deep passion for treating the whole person- body, mind, and spirit. Her clinical focus includes mental health (anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress), women’s health (cycle support, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause), and autoimmune conditions. Dr. Tinsley especially enjoys working with teens and college students, offering a supportive space during some of life’s most demanding years.

She holds a Master’s in Acupuncture and a Doctorate from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and a double major in Psychology and Exercise Science from UNC-Chapel Hill. In addition to acupuncture, Dr. Tinsley offers nutritional and lifestyle counseling, moxibustion, gua sha, cupping, and meditation. Her goal is for you to leave feeling more at ease, supported, and balanced.
